Who am I?

I am not a chef.
I have not been to cooking school.
I don’t have an Iron Chef title to my name.
I am just some guy that thinks gourmet quality food shouldn’t be limited to foodies, celebrity chefs and professional food judges.

Gourmet for Everyday is all about making dishes from scratch, elevating normal recipes into exquisite ones, and creativity in the kitchen. Fantastic tasting elegant meals made simple is my philosophy, and I’m here to encourage everyone that you don’t need to be a trained chef with years of experience to create gourmet food.

With a little effort, a few oddball ingredients here and there, and some basic cooking skills, you’ll see how easy it is to have gourmet style meals on a regular everyday basis.
